At HCCA International, we are experienced at guiding and nurturing our nurses through this transitional period. We believe that the more successful we are in helping our nurses through this process, the better success they will have at their new jobs.

As part of the HCCA client services team, it is our mission to assure that you are successfully integrated into life in the U.S. and your new hospital. We are with you every step of the way – from the time you arrive at the airport in the U.S. throughout the length of your contract. Personally, we will help you get settled into a home, find transportation, open bank accounts and other necessities. Professionally, we will work with you and your hospital to assure that you have everything you need to perform your job and provide safe patient care.
