HCCA International has been actively recruiting excellent Indian nurses since 2004. We are represented in India by our Strategic Alliance Partners: Apollo Health Resources, Philadelphia Bangalore Consulting and Institute for Advanced Nursing (IFAN).

These Partners source nurses throughout India who meet HCCA’s Selection Criteria. An in-person interview is then conducted by our recruitment team during multiple trips to India each year. Our Partners also provide the training necessary for nurses to pass the IELTS and NCLEX exams. These Partners work closely with HCCA to ensure efficient processing and smooth transitioning for each nurse. In addition, they provide the support and guidance needed during the entire process up to the date of departure.
