We are successful in finding a perfect match for the assigned hospital where you will work for your 30-month contract. We match our nurses’ clinical expertise and choice of specialty with our client hospitals. It is a process we do so well that most of our nurses choose to stay at their assigned hospital long after their contract with HCCA is complete.

Through our client services team, we stay by your side during your entire contract period, as well as help you get settled into your new home. We meet you when arrive in the U.S. and orient you to your new community and job.

Excellent salary and benefits
We provide competitive salary and benefits, such as health insurance, 401K retirement program, holiday, vacation and sick pay and overtime pay. An arrival bonus and first month’s rent for a one-bedroom furnished apartment is included to help financially until you receive your first paycheck.
