HCCA International looks for in-patient nurses with acute care experience in medical/surgical, critical care, telemetry/cardiac and emergency room units. Dedication to excellent patient care and compassion are a must.

Our recruiting program is competency driven to provide safe, effective and efficient patient care. HCCA evaluates each nurse’s clinical competency in four core areas: professionalism, critical thinking, technical and interpersonal skills. Individual development programs are created for each nurse to thoroughly prepare him/her for their assignment. All our nurses are proficient in English and able to effectively communicate with patients, their families, colleagues and physicians. HCCA does not charge a fee to the hospital or nurse for training and education.
