The HCCA Advantage

With a 30-year track record in international hospital management, HCCA
International has successfully matched over 30,000 international health
care professionals worldwide. Our successful track record
is built on a basic and simple framework – to manage
the complete process, step-by-step. By tending to each critical
step and consistently monitoring and improving quality along
the way, we assure our nurses have every opportunity to
be successful in their assignment.
REACH. Nurses who are an excellent fit for your hospital.
With worldwide offices and international relationships with
governments and nursing schools, we have access to an expansive international
nursing pool – with many of the most talented and
dedicated nurses available. We interview, evaluate and screen
our nurses to assure positions are an effective fit for
both the nurse and the hospital. HCCA International looks
for in-patient nurses with acute care experience in medical/surgical,
critical care, telemetry/cardiac and emergency room units.
Dedication to excellent patient care and compassion are
a must.
TEACH. Nurses who are clinically competent and well trained.
Our recruiting program is competency driven to provide safe,
effective and efficient patient care. HCCA evaluates each
nurse’s clinical competency in four core areas: professionalism,
critical thinking, technical and interpersonal skills. Individual
development programs are created for each nurse to thoroughly
prepare him/her for their assignment. All our nurses are proficient
in English and able to effectively communicate with patients,
their families, colleagues and physicians. HCCA does not
charge a fee to the hospital or nurse for training and education.
SEND. Nurses who are equipped for success.
With the best processing team in the industry, we have the
experience behind us to deliver on our promises –
to the hospital and to the nurse. With an average 18 to
24 month timeframe from hire to arrival, HCCA works with
our nurses to process paperwork, educate, and thoroughly
prepare them to work at your hospital. We help our nurses
determine the best location to suit their family and lifestyle.
We believe if our nurses are experiencing professional fulfillment in both work and quality of life, it will positively impact job performance.
TEND. Nurses who build stability.
What makes HCCA International unique is the extra effort
we provide toward assuring our nurses are prepared, the
transition to their American hospital is smooth, and their partnership
with the hospital is a success. From a client services representative
who gets the international nurses settled into their new homes to orientations
and special training sessions, we stay with our nurses and
hospital clients throughout the process. That’s why
you can always count on a commitment throughout the 30 month assignment.
