People in business Health care Winnie Fritz, chief nursing officer and director of international operations for Franklin-based HCCA International, has been appointed a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives International Committee. She will have input on nursing leadership at a global level and will work with the committee to consider the impact of nurse migration.
